The Indian summer is slowly fading and the time of frosty mornings, red cheeks and long sleeves and pants is coming. In this year's Rafiki collection for autumn and winter, we have prepared a number of new pieces that will warm your body with functionality and your soul with style. What's more, you can combine the new arrivals with tried-and-tested models of trousers, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets that come in new autumn colours.

Rafiki clothing and accessories are designed and tested by climbers for climbers. The brand is here for everyone who enjoys climbing and sees the world in a similar way. Check out our entire collection on our e-shop or at our retail stores and climbing walls.

Are you going to the rocks? Then why are you wearing jeans?

That's right. Just because you're wearing jeans doesn't mean you can't go climbing. At Rafiki, we've prepared new climbing jeans in an attractive design. Unlike other trousers you'll find on the shelves, the Asis and Aran jeans are perfectly stretchy, ergonomically cut, and more tear resistant than you would expect!

Sometimes you need to pack minimalist for both the climbing and the city life. That's why we've added multi-functional trousers and shirts to the collection that give you total freedom of movement, but at the same time you don't have to worry about showing up in them at work, when travelling, or over a beer after the gym session.

For the boys we have the well known light and breathable Virage flannel shirt in fresh colours. And to make sure the girls don't regret it, Rafiki's autumn collection brings the Mojarra shirt for women. With hand stash pockets, designer chest pockets and button fastenings, it's a piece that will add style to your climbing. With gussets sewn into the underarms for freedom of movement, you won't even have to take it off for the climb itself, so where will you be heading in it this autumn?

The unisex Karun insulated flannel shirt is a brand new addition to our collection. Thanks to the polyester fleece insulation on the inside, it offers the perfect combination of style and function and is a great choice for both autumn outdoor climbing and a casual day out in the town.

TRIED BY CLIMBERS, TUNED BY CLIMBERS

There were enough scraped knees from the rocks over the summer. In autumn and winter, your knees will be kept warm and protected by the new cotton climbing pants Rockland (men's) and Sierra (women's). In four colours and a civil look, the trousers catch the eye at first glance. And if you're not so keen on the civil look, try the soft climbing tracksuit pants Badami (for her) and Durga (for him).

You already know Vipera a Pitone T-shirts made of corn fibre, as well as extremely comfortable Mandala and Pantera sweatshirts with a higher collar. This autumn you will find a fresh colour variants for both of these crowd favourite models. So take the chance and refresh your climbing wardrobe.

FUNCTIONAL, PRACTICAL, COMFORTABLE

If you want to equip yourself for the rocks in the spirit of functionality and practicality, you will appreciate the lightweight sweatshirts Linya and Ascent. The functional Polarstretch Grid material with a groove system wicks moisture away from the body and provides exceptional breathability. The sweatshirt will keep you breathing even during the climbs that will make you sweat hard. Flatlock seams, a two-way zipper, light weight and two handy snap pockets are other reasons why you want this sweatshirt. And in winter, you can even go ski-touring in it!

YOU KNOW HOW WARM A BEAR HUG IS?

If you don't know yet, come and try out the fluffy full-zip Tarifa or the Hulk fleece with a hood and great thermal insulation properties. You won't be touched by autumn frost and you'll appreciate it both in the rocks and when you're chilling out in the indoor climbing gym.

STAY WARM IN A SUSTAINABLE JACKET

Keep warm with our puffiest down jacket, Morena (for her) and Fuego (for him). Windproof rip-stop with DWR treatment and 650 cuin fill make it the perfect warm jacket for bellaying or standing under a rock on frosty days.

If you're looking for something a little lighter and more compact, we've got the Flynn II and Fitz insulated jackets to impress with their asymmetrical pattern and exceptional lightness. And because we care about sustainability, we've made them for you from DuPont Sorona corn husk material. You can be sure that you will use this jacket all year round

For seasoned belayers, we continue to offer the popular Autana insulated climbing skirt. This practical skirt with a double-sided zipper will keep you so warm while climbing that the guys around you will envy it. And you'll be irresistibly feminine on the rocks, too.

Because nature gives us climbers a lot, from raw materials and resources to the beauty of the mountains and rocks to the moments of joy and flow when moving outdoors, we want to give something back. That's why we're putting more and more emphasis on the ecological side of production. We pack our products in recycled polybags, and even in the new Rafiki collection for autumn and winter 2023, we have tried to maximize the ratio of natural and sustainable materials, using DuPont Sorona agile corn fiber, the eponymous insulation layer made from corn husks, or RDS-certified feathers.
